Sky fingers

And, with infinite care

Like drawing with the finest brush

The lines of Now can be

Fleetingly

Crystallised

Against the sky

Which, smiling back

Decides to stay…

Thank you – a simple poem, but I enjoyed writing it.

This is really lovely 🙂 deliciously short and full of flavour as well. From one poet to another: high five!

Lovely comment, Caz, (if that’s an acceptable shortening?) thank you for saying so. Yes, ‘meeting’ fellow poets is important – and renewing. I loved your site.
